Due to poor network connectivity and performance with our current backup storage provider in our Asia region, backups have been delayed by a day or even multiple days.
These types of delays are unacceptable when trying to maintain the availability of Daily backups for our clients.
Therefore we are changing our backup storage provider and while doing so, also moving from JetBackup 4 to JetBackup 5.
While new backups are being generated in the new storage provider in JetBackup 5, the current/old backups will remain in JetBackup 4 for your use.
Once the new backups have a sufficient amount of backup sets available, we will be removing JetBackup 4 from all servers.
In cPanel, you can access "JetBackup" for current/old backup sets and access the new backup sets in "JetBackup 5".
If you do not see "JetBackup 5" in cPanel, then your region is not yet updated.
